Young Innovator Award

The Young Innovator Award recognizes efforts by students or postdocs in innovation and entrepreneurship at UH. The nominee must be a student or postdoc in the Cullen College of Engineering. The undergraduate student nominee should have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and the graduate student nominee should have a minimum GPA of 3.4. The student or postdoc must demonstrate participation in innovation or entrepreneurship activities that has led to patents, licensing, or startups. The amount of the award is $1000.
